Due to heavy regulation and a variety of legal issues, we have chosen not to ship ammunition to the following: Any Addresses with P.O. Box; APO, FPO, Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State and Washington, DC.

Overview

Processing and shipping all orders in a timely manner is a goal at Scorpion Ammo. Most orders will be shipped out same day if they are placed before 2:00 p.m. CST. Shipments are only sent out during business days (Tuesday-Friday) excluding holidays.

General Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped UPS Domestic Ground.

All orders must be sent to a physical address. In accordance with the Federal Law, ammunition cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

Back orders are not allowed on items that are out of stock.

Inventory is taken and is kept as up to date and true as possible. If an item that has been ordered is out of stock, a notification will be sent out immediately to remedy the problem.

Please read all restrictions. Scorpion Ammo complies with all Local, State, and Federal Governments restrictions. Shipping to restricted areas is not permitted without valid credentials on file. The purchaser’s is responsible for knowing his or her own local/state laws before the purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to comply with all Local, State, and Federal Laws.

It is unlawful to export without an import license from the country of destination or a proper export license from the U.S. Department of State.

Any orders placed without the providing the essential documentation will be cancelled within 7 days of the customer being contacted.

All canceled orders will be subject to a 20% fee.

Age Restrictions:  Federal law (18 USC 922(b)(1), 27 CFR 478. 99(b)) requires that you must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years or older to purchase rifle ammunition.
